The Cooper’s Reserve barrel allows you to build a unique barrel program by customizing the wood type and grain to achieve specific flavor goals. Available in American oak, Hybrid (American oak staves, French oak heads), French oak, or European oak.

They have a 10 – 12 week lead time. *** Barrels come standard with a belly bung unless otherwise noted that you would prefer a head bung instead. However, we advise you to inspect your barrels on delivery and to inform us of any problem(s) that you may observe. The physical condition of the barrels must be verified on delivery. Customers have five business days in which to report any issue with their barrels.
